Welkom in mijn keuken. Met meer dan vijfentwintig jaar ervaring in zowel hotels als restaurants verspreid over de wereld, heb ik kunnen proeven van de verschillende keukens die onze wereld kent. Deze ervaringen hebben mij geweldig geïnspireerd. Toch kom ik steeds weer terug bij mijn roots; het koken van de meest pure Thaise gerechten zoals wij dat bij mij thuis, in ons kleine dorpje Khong Chiam, nog steeds gewend zijn te doen. In mijn eigen keuken bereid ik voor u de traditionele Thaise gerechten met lokaal te verkrijgen verse ingrediënten. Bringing Thai-streetfood to the restaurant.
