En dat is niet zo verwonderlijk. Het pure en verse karakter past zeer goed in de hedendaagse trend om licht, vers en gezond te eten. Dat geldt ook voor het Thais eethuisje Siam House gelegen aan de Parade 44 te Venlo waar kwaliteit, versheid en authenticiteit de uitgangspunten zijn.
Het pure, verse en gevarieerde karakter van de authentieke Thaise keuken zult u proeven in de met zorg bereide gerechten. De uit Thailand afkomstige eigenaresse Chakkri heeft in Bangkok haar opleiding tot kok genoten. Haar liefde voor de Thaise keuken heeft ze de afgelopen tijd op liefhebbers van de Thaise daghap over kunnen brengen. De uitsluitend positieve reacties die hierop volgden hebben uiteindelijk geleid tot het starten van een sfeervol klein eethuisje dat ze samen met haar echtgenoot Paul runt.
