De Thaise keuken is de laatste jaren enorm populair geworden in Nederland. Terecht, want deze Aziatische keuken is enorm gevarieerd en van nature heel gezond. In tegenstelling tot wat velen denken, zijn niet alle Thaise gerechten pittig. Pikant, zoet, zuur, vis, vlees en groenten, de Thaise keuken biedt het de fijnproever allemaal.
Mathulada gebruikt uitsluitend originele Thaise ingrediënten en bereidingswijzen. Geurige Jasmijnrijst, verse pepers, koriander, curry's, alles wordt elke week vers vanuit Bangkok ingevlogen. Alleen zo kan de authentieke smaak van de Thaise gerechten gegarandeerd worden. Alle gerechten worden bij ons "a la minute" bereid.
Sinds de opening in 2006 heeft Mathulada er voor gekozen zich te onderscheiden op basis van kwaliteit en smaak. Dat is waar het bij ons om draait. Wij werken uitsluitend met de beste vis- en vleessoorten. Ook importeren wij veel verse groente, kokosmelk en kruiden uit Thailand.
